Welcome to the website of the Children at Risk Foundation (CARF). We are a registered UK charity which raises funds to transform the marginalized community of Eldorado, Diadema in São Paulo, Brazil.

All our funds go to support the work of an activity centre from which art, education, youth empowerment and economic development projects are run. These projects work directly with hundreds of deprived and abused children, keeping them from the streets, and also reach thousands more through outreach work.
